Graftongate Secure Prime Solihull Site

UK industrial and distribution specialist Graftongate has been appointed as development partner for a new major industrial design and build opportunity at Highlands Park, Solihull.

The site, which has frontage to both Sterling Road and Radway Road, comprises two adjoining development plots capable of accommodating industrial/warehouse facilities from 13,000 sq ft to 56,000 sq ft.

The location has already proved popular and has attacted occupiers including John Lewis,  Arcadia and Farmfoods.  Trade occupier Travis Perkins and Benchmarx Kitchen are also currently building a new facility on an adjacent development.
