Graftongate Developments has expanded with the opening of a new London office on Grafton Way, W1. The building has been purchased freehold and is let to a variety of tenants. Graftonway will be the new home for Lee Maytum who recently joined the firm from Kenmore to spearhead Graftongate’s investment arm.
