At Graftongate, culture is defined as the sum of values that glue our team together and define our character. We firmly hold ourselves accountable to our triple bottom line; people, planet and profitability.

It drives us, defines our values and articulates the enduring team spirit. Some of our key motivators beyond the profit hunt include:

Sustainability

Since Graftongate’s inception, delivering sustainable buildings has been at the very heart of what we do. We deliver BREEAM (2014) ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ EPC ‘A’ rated buildings as standard. It’s a differentiator for our investors and a clear advantage for our occupiers.

We work closely with our contractors to ensure that the latest renewable technologies result in a low energy output building, negating any potential impact on the environment and local ecology whilst reducing costs for occupiers and helping them to meet their sustainability targets. We believe in energy that doesn’t cost the earth, in every sense of the word.

Since 2005, Egmont has committed more than £5.6 million to 81 local partner organisations in Africa working to improve the lives of children affected by HIV & AIDS. Egmont believes that these local, grassroots organisations, run by people directly affected by the epidemic, are able to deliver the most cost-effective results.

Egmont’s Trustees and Patrons cover all of the charity’s operating costs, enabling 100% of all other donations to go directly to projects in Africa.
