KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Secured Planning Committee resolution for approval, with Officers recommendation, for 570,000 sq ft of new business space.
• Decision given within 12 months from our appointment.
• Negotiated draft S.278 and S.106 Agreements to include creation of new cycle network and Ecology Park.
• Avoided government ‘call-in’ for departure from Local Plan.
